Romsey Rugby Club is delighted to announce the launch of a brand new annual event that we hope will become a permanent fixture in the club calendar.

Our Season Launch Reception will bring together the entire Romsey Rugby Club community ahead of the new season and create a moment where players, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, parents, supporters and friends of the club can come together in one place to celebrate what makes RRFC special.

The event will take place in thew clubhouse between 6pm and 9pm on Friday 11th September.

The evening has been designed to celebrate who we are, showcase the breadth of activity across the club, recognise the people who make rugby possible in Romsey, and build excitement for the season ahead.

Guests can look forward to:

• A celebration of last season’s highlights
• Team and programme introductions from across the club
• Recognition of our volunteers and sponsors
• Membership and fixture card collection
• Complimentary drinks and nibbles
• A first look at the season ahead
• Plenty of time to reconnect and socialise before the first fixtures begin

From Minis and Juniors through to Girls Rugby, Women’s Rugby, Senior Rugby, Touch Rugby, our Outreach and Schools Programme, volunteers, sponsors and supporters, the evening will showcase the incredible breadth of activity taking place across Romsey Rugby Club.

Our ambition is simple: to create an occasion that launches the year with optimism, energy and community spirit while establishing a tradition that members look forward to every September.
