Our seniors travel to Ventnor in their first Hampshire Counties II fixture of the 2026/27 season.

As the 2026/27 rugby season finally gets underway, our seniors travel to the Isle of Wight as they take on Ventnor, with kick-off at 3pm.

Following three wins from four outings in pre-season, Jason Berry will be hoping his side can get their league campaign off to a winning start and build on their performances throughout pre-season.

1st XV coach Jason Berry’s pre-match thoughts:

Berry: “Starting the season off with a win will be massive. This is a hard league, but we’re going to be in this to try to win every game.I’m not going to lie, the boys are hungry this year.

“Whether we do that or not is a different story, but we’re not going to be here to make up the numbers that’s for sure.”
